Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, certain products such as Body Wash & Shower Gel, Body Lotion & Oil, Body Scrub, and Aftershave cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the following address:

Refund Policy
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund process may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by us.
